Bloc All-welded Detachable Heat Exchanger

Welded detachable heat exchanger can be used in the high temperature and high pressure conditions, with compact structure and excellent heat impact resistance to make it finish the cooling and condensation in the same heat exchanger, thus saving the installation space. Its unique structure makes dismantling and cleaning easier.

The welded plates are in square plate set, where the plates are automatically welded, guaranteeing the welding quality. Different from other types of welded plates, such plate set structure can achieve countercurrent heat exchanger as in other products, and it can produce higher turbulent flow. Under the same working conditions, such performance in A-BLOC welded detachable heat exchanger is four times efficiency that of the tubular heat exchanger, indicating that smaller area can meet the requirements. In addition, in case of large thermal stress, the plate set can be contracted in the frame, having strong thermal impact resistance.
