Ulan Bator is the capital of Mongolia and the center of culture, technology, industry and transportation. In Ulan Bator, the lowest temperature in winter is - 40 ℃, and the highest temperature in summer is 35 ℃. The temperature difference in Ulan Bator is large, and so the heating supply time is up to 8 months. Currently, there are three thermal power plants in operation in Ulan Bator, which are all located in the industrial zone of Ulan Bator. The heating capacity is 70mW, 560MW and 1220mw respectively, with a total capacity of 1850mw. Heating mode in Ulan Bator mainly refers to the former Soviet Union. The heating system sets the thermal power plant as the first station, which changes steam into high-temperature hot water for external heating. The residential area and industrial users set up heat exchange stations. The secondary network is directly supplied to the building for heating. The industrial users set up their own heat exchange stations. The first station belongs to the thermal power plant management.
The fourth thermal power plant is the largest coal-fired power plant in Mongolia, with 8 sets of 50000 units. The electric energy and thermal energy provided are important energy to maintain the life of local residents. It provides 70% electric energy to the electric power system of Mongolia and more than 65% thermal energy to the central heating system of Ulan Bator. The design temperature of external hot water supply of the fisrt station is 150 / 70 ℃, and the actual heating temperature is 130 / 70 ℃.
Central heating is a relatively environmentally friendly, energy-saving and suitable solution for China's national conditions, and it is also the most important heating mode in China. Due to the early construction, old equipment, low automation and frequent failures, the heating and power supply are interrupted. And because of the low outdoor temperature, large temperature difference of the heating system, the system is seriously out of order. From 2001 to 2007, the comprehensive renovation was carried out. In order to solve the problem of poor heating effect caused by insufficient transmission capacity and hydraulic imbalance, the world bank loan was used to carry out the system renovation. In conditional communities, mixed water stations were set up in residential buildings. After the reconstruction of the mixed water system, the hydraulic imbalance is eliminated and the heating effect is great.
Detachable heat exchanger and ABJ series units of Accessen have been widely used in the heating system in Mongolia. 6AWPS120 units are mainly used in the heating network of the first power station this time. The 70 ℃ water is heated to 135 ℃ by 350 ℃ high temperature steam, and it is the high temperature water at the primary side of the heating network. Through our professional engineers’ design and selection, we have fully considered the design requirements of large temperature difference (more than 200 ℃) and high temperature and pressure resistance on both sides. We selected AWPS series heat exchanger, which has a maximum pressure of 60bar and a maximum temperature resistance of 600 ℃. At the same time, we also provide reasonable suggestions for the condensate recovery system of heat exchange equipment, which can greatly reduce operating costs. We beaten many bidders including T in the United States and G in Germany, and got full recognition from users. This is Accessen’s another successful application in high-temperature heat exchanger of the power plant.
