Located in Hongqiao Linkong Economic Park, Changning District, Sky SOHO adjoins Hongqiao Integrated Transport Hub as an international business headquarters cluster serving the Yangtze River Delta. Inspired by Hongqiao's strategic role, its design evokes four high-speed trains poised for departure and a soaring dragon ribbon. The dynamic curvilinear forms embody kinetic artistry, with 340,000 sq m total floor area (220,000 sq m aboveground, 120,000 sq m underground) integrating offices and retail. 

Innovative workspaces include:

· Skybridge offices

· Landscape terrace zones

· Outdoor balcony areas

· Showcase frontages
These cater to diverse corporate cultures, while ground/B1 retail offers comprehensive dining and services. The complex houses Ctrip, China's leading hotel booking platform.

Sky SOHO holds LEED Gold certification, implementing sustainable features including:

· 90% PM2.5 filtration via electrostatic precipitation + medium-efficiency filters

· 30% green coverage with 6,000 sq m rooftop gardens

· Low-VOC paints/coatings meeting US EPA standards

· Water reclamation system with high-efficiency fixtures

· Bicycle parking + transit access enabling low-carbon commuting

This architectural landmark was designed by Dame Zaha Hadid—2004 Pritzker Prize laureate and 2010 TIME 100 honoree—who redefined spatial aesthetics through projects like:

Her winning competition entry for Sky SOHO surpassed proposals from US, Norwegian, and British architects, marking her Shanghai debut.

To achieve LEED Gold, Sky SOHO required high-efficiency heat exchangers for its HVAC systems. After evaluating performance, service record, and cost-effectiveness, Accessen was selected as the supplier. Four custom-engineered heat exchangers have delivered stable operation for five years, aligning with the complex's kinetic ethos. This performance earned Accessen Sky SOHO's "Excellence in Supply" recognition.
