Data Center Cooling

AIS Prefabricated Integrated Cooling Plant

The AIS prefabricated integrated cooling plant is a product that structurally optimizes and highly integrates key components of a refrigeration system—including chillers, plate heat exchangers, pumps, cooling towers, valves, intelligent control systems, and ancillary components. All equipment and structural elements are manufactured and pre-assembled in the factory. Modules are then transported to the site for assembly, significantly reducing the complexity of on-site construction and installation, thereby ensuring rapid project deployment. Furthermore, the system is designed as a pre-packaged, outdoor, integrated unit. This eliminates the need for a dedicated plant room; only the preparation of a suitable foundation is required. The entire integrated cooling plant is hoisted into position, and once water and electrical connections are established, it can be quickly commissioned. Refrigeration and air conditioning systems constitute a significant portion of a building's energy consumption, representing substantial potential for energy savings. This high energy demand poses a major bottleneck for data center development. Prefabricated integrated cooling plants can optimize the distribution system and lower the Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) value.
