Prefabricated Integrated Cooling Station Solves Traditional Construction Pain Points
Traditional data center construction faces widespread industry challenges, including rising labor costs driven by diminishing demographic dividends, upgraded construction and installation specifications, and increasingly stringent environmental and low-carbon standards. Additionally, Southeast Asia’s harsh high-temperature and high-humidity climate raises substantial technical barriers for cooling system design and on-site implementation, placing higher requirements for installation quality, schedule control, and overall cost management.
To address these challenges, the project adopts an advanced prefabricated integrated cooling station solution based on the “factory prefabrication + on-site assembly” model. Core equipment integration, modular assembly, and pre-commissioning are fully completed in the factory, enabling one-time successful on-site installation and rapid system commissioning. Optimized piping craftsmanship and standardized quality control ensure full controllability of the construction cycle, engineering quality, and comprehensive costs, delivering prominent advantages over traditional data center construction methods in overseas scenarios.
High-Redundancy Modular Design Ensures Ultra-High System Availability
The cooling system is composed of closed cooling towers, cooling water circulation pumps, constant-pressure water supply devices, and automatic chemical dosing units. All closed cooling towers are deployed on rooftop equipment platforms to maximize building space utilization and minimize land occupation.
The entire system adopts a mature “3+1” redundant configuration (3 operational units + 1 standby unit), with each unit offering a rated cooling capacity of 3,150kW, ensuring sufficient redundancy and stable high availability for full-load operation. Circulation pumps, constant-pressure water supply devices, and chemical dosing units are integrated into containerized hydraulic modules on rooftop platforms, realizing plug-and-play modular deployment and streamlined on-site construction.
