This pack structure enables true counter-current flow (not cross/counter-current), generating higher turbulence – delivering 4x the efficiency of shell-and-tube exchangers. This means smaller size, weight, and maintenance space. Plate packs can expand within the frame to resist thermal stress damage. The four-side removable design facilitates maintenance and mechanical cleaning (e.g., high-pressure water jetting), maintaining high efficiency and low operating costs.
