Designed for long-distance district heating pressure isolation stations. Features advanced distribution zones, optimized corrugations, equal flow areas, and high unit heat transfer coefficients. Full counter-current flow and high aspect ratios (up to 1:3.5) ensure excellent performance for low LMTD (≈5°C) applications. Intense turbulence minimizes fouling; small flow dead zones and smooth stainless surfaces reduce pressure loss versus domestic plate types. Channel mixing combinations optimize area usage. Design pressure 30 Bar, test pressure 39 Bar, max capacity 1800 m³/h, max area 3000 m².
