The AHWV Series combines Accessen's plate heat exchange technology with optimized traditional storage design, creating an energy-efficient domestic hot water unit. It comprises a storage tank, external heat exchanger, and internal circulation pump. Its core features corrugated stainless steel plate packs (automatic welding) instead of traditional tubes. Compared to conventional storage/semi-storage units, the welded plate design offers superior high-temperature stability and efficiency, significantly increasing hot water output while lowering condensate discharge temperature, saving steam. The compact plate pack eliminates stagnant zones, simplifies cleaning/maintenance, and offers extensive accessory options for an efficient, safe, and stable hot water solution.
